How it works
Built on LiDAR, Not Guesswork.
Sitescan uses advanced LiDAR laser scanning combined with ultra-high-resolution 42MP 360° photography. Together they capture over 200,000 data points per second, fusing photographic detail with dense point-cloud data to create a true-to-scale digital twin of your site.
Every square millimetre is documented. Once your scan is processed, you can measure any surface, angle, or structural element directly within the platform, accurate to the millimetre. No tape measure, no second site visit, no guessing.
What You Get
-
Millimetre-accurate measurements. Measure any visible asset directly in the software, accurate to 3-5mm across 10m.
-
No more 1,000-photo phone dumps. Skip the endless photos that clog your storage and never show the area you actually need.
-
One source of truth. A single, shared reference point for your staff, trades, and subcontractors, no more conflicting info or guesswork on-site.
-
A record that outlasts the build. An accurate as-built record, accessible from your desk, for the full lifetime of your builder's warranty and beyond.

Modern builders are using technology to work smarter. From QA documentation to daily site workflow, precision tools are replacing guesswork at every stage.
What is LiDAR?
LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) works by firing out millions of laser pulses and measuring how long each one takes to bounce back. Combined with high-resolution 360° photography, this builds a dense, true-to-scale "point cloud", a precise 3D map of every surface, angle, and structural element on your site.
1. Capture. Our scanner moves through your site, firing over 200,000 laser points per second while simultaneously capturing 42MP 360° photography. Nothing is missed, every wall, service, and structural element is recorded in real time.
2. Process. The raw point cloud is fused with the photographic data and processed into a true-to-scale 3D model, accurate to the millimetre.
3. Explore. Your finished digital twin is ready to access online. Walk through the model, take measurements, tag items, and reference the build from anywhere, at any time.
From Booking to Digital Twin in Five Steps
Step 01.
Book a scan
Tell us the stage you need documented, pre-concrete, pre-plaster, or handover, and we schedule around your build timeline. No delays to trades, no disruption to the site.
Step 02.
On-Site Capture
Our team scans the site using LiDAR and 360° imaging. It's fast, non-invasive, and doesn't hold up work.
Step 03.
Data Processing
Your scan is processed into a fully navigable, millimetre-accurate 3D model that you can access from your computer, phone and share with any and all shareholders.
Step 04.
Access Your Model
You receive a link to view your model from within your personalised Sitescan portal. measure, tag, and annotate the model from any device, no software downloads required.

How it works
What You Can Do With It
A digital twin isn't just a nice-to-have, it's a tool your whole team can actually use. Here's what it looks like in practice:
Measure with confidence
Take millimetre-accurate measurements of any surface, cable, pipe, or structural element directly within the platform. No second site visit, no tape measure, no guessing.
Tag and annotate what matters
Mark up the model with fire equipment locations, cable runs, service points, or defects. Everything is labelled, searchable, and easy to find again, whether it's for your own reference or handing over to a facility manager.
Collaborate without being on-site
Share access with your team, clients, trades, or subcontractors instantly. Questions get answered from a desk instead of a drive, and everyone's looking at the same accurate source of truth.
Protect yourself long after handover
Reference the model months or years down the track, for maintenance, renovations, insurance claims, or warranty disputes. It's a permanent record that holds up long after the memory of the job has faded.
When to scan
Every Stage, Documented

Pre Plaster
Capture every cable, pipe, and structural element before the walls close in. If you ever need to chase a cable or cut into a wall, check the scan first, no guesswork, no unnecessary damage.

Pre Concrete
Scan formwork, rebar, plumbing, and post-tensioning before the pour. Once concrete is poured, you can't see what's inside it, but with a scan, you'll always know exactly where everything is.

Handover
A time-stamped digital record of the completed build, protecting you against future defect or warranty disputes and doubling as a showcase of your craftsmanship.

Dilapidation
Record the exact condition of your site before ground is broken. Protect yourself against any disputes, damages or concerns as soon as your team steps on site.
