Every Stage, Documented. Every Detail, Protected.
Millimetre-accurate as-built surveys for every stage of your build, from pre-concrete to handover and beyond.
How we capture your site with millimetre accuracy.
Before getting into each individual service, it's worth understanding what actually happens on-site. Every Sitescan service is built on the same underlying technology: LiDAR laser scanning fused with ultra-high-resolution 42MP 360° photography, capturing over 200,000 data points per second. This produces a true-to-scale digital twin of your project, accurate to the millimetre, that you can walk through, measure, and reference from any device, at any time.
Whatever stage you need documented, the process is fast, non-disruptive to trades on-site, and delivers a model you can start using within 24 to 48 hours.

Pre-Plaster Scan
See Behind Every Wall, Forever.
The rough-in stage is the last moment you'll ever see the guts of a building before it's sealed away. Every cable run, pipe, conduit, stud, noggin, and structural connection is visible, for a matter of days, before plaster goes up and hides it permanently.
We scan the site at this exact window, capturing every service and structural element in place. The result is a fully navigable digital twin that shows you precisely what's behind every wall, down to individual cable positions and pipe runs.
Best for: Every residential and commercial build, particularly projects with complex services, custom cabinetry installs planned for later, or any site where future maintenance and renovation is likely.

Pre-Concrete Scan
Document What You're About to Bury
Once concrete is poured, everything underneath it disappears for good. Formwork, rebar, plumbing runs, electrical conduits, post-tensioning cables, in-slab heating, all of it becomes permanently inaccessible the moment the pour is complete. If something goes wrong later and you need to know exactly what's under the slab, you're normally left guessing, or worse, cutting blind and hoping for the best.
This is particularly critical on projects with complex in-slab services: underfloor heating, multiple plumbing zones, post-tensioned slabs, or any site where the cost of getting it wrong is measured in thousands of dollars and days of delay.
Best for: Any project with in-slab services, post-tensioning, hydronic heating, or complex plumbing runs, and any builder who wants a documented record before the point of no return.

Handover Condition
A Permanent Record of a Job Done Right
The moment you hand a completed project over to a client is also the moment your liability for its exact condition becomes hardest to prove. Without a documented record, any defect or warranty claim that surfaces months later becomes a matter of memory, opinion, and dispute, was that crack there at handover, or did it happen afterwards? Did that door always stick, or has something shifted?
Beyond the legal protection, these scans double as a genuine business asset. Use them to build a digital portfolio of your best work, showcase craftsmanship to prospective clients in a way static photos simply can't match, or feature immersive walkthroughs on your website and social channels. These scans are also the preferred documentation format for HIA CSR Home of the Year applications, giving award-calibre projects the presentation they deserve.
Best for: Every project, without exception. It's the cheapest insurance policy against a dispute you didn't cause, and a marketing asset you'll use for years.

Dilapidation Report
Protect Yourself Before Work Begins
Before the first hammer swings, the condition of the site and everything around it, neighbouring fences, walls, driveways, gardens, structures, exists in a state that will inevitably change during construction. If a neighbour raises a concern about cracking, subsidence, or damage during your build, and you have no record of the pre-existing condition, you're on the back foot from the start.
These scans also serve you well after handover. If a neighbour raises a concern months into the build or after completion, you can revisit the scan immediately and respond with confidence and clear evidence, rather than scrambling to reconstruct what the site looked like from memory.
Best for: Any project near existing structures or boundaries, particularly renovations, extensions, excavation work, or builds in tightly packed residential streets where disputes over pre-existing damage are common.

How it works
From Booking to Digital Twin in Five Steps
Step 01.
Book a scan
Tell us the stage you need documented, pre-concrete, pre-plaster, or handover, and we schedule around your build timeline. No delays to trades, no disruption to the site.
Step 02.
On-Site Capture
Our team scans the site using LiDAR and 360° imaging. It's fast, non-invasive, and doesn't hold up work.
Step 03.
Data Processing
Your scan is processed into a fully navigable, millimetre-accurate 3D model that you can access from your computer, phone and share with any and all shareholders.
Step 04.
Access Your Model
You receive a link to view your model from within your personalised Sitescan portal. measure, tag, and annotate the model from any device, no software downloads required.
